Title: Product Management Lead
Location: Columbus, OH 43240 (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months of Contract
Must-have skills include Voice Infrastructure (SIP/SBC), Data Networking, Unified Communications, Contact Center Platforms, Carrier and Telecom Strategy, and Voice and Network Infrastructure.
8 years of experience is required for each skill.
Nice-to-have skills include Root-Cause Analysis, Agile/Scrum Delivery, and ITIL Process Management.
There is a possibility of extension.

oDefine and maintain global voice-infrastructure product strategy.
oManage SBC and carrier-technology platforms across enterprise environments.
oPlan and execute SIP migrations from legacy TDM infrastructure.
oConsolidate network architecture to reduce carrier expenses.
oRenegotiate carrier and technology-vendor agreements.
oImplement SRE operating practices to improve service reliability.
