Overview:
As a member of the worldwide Product Management team, you will be responsible for defining and managing our media experiences across platforms while focusing on product quality and execution.
You are an observer, a listener, and a doer.
The ideal candidate will have a variety of experience with consumer media, digital marketing, media (audio and/or video), quality assurance, and customer support.
Working from a center of UX, technology and business, you have good communication skills, international awareness, are self-motivated, and comfortable making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
Write user stories (product requirements) for new products and features while managing and prioritizing projects
Manage and define media playback product for video and audio
Write and review all subscriber and internal facing messaging to subscriber about the service
Review and approve new service builds before release to production
Manage report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Establish clear understanding of the online entertainment market within Southern Asia and globally, publishing updated competitive reports regularly
Execute initiatives designed to grow the paid subscriber base
Analyze consumer behavior and user needs with a regularly published report for reference in quarterly roadmap planning
Develop a thorough understanding of the global online entertainment market publishing updated competitive reports regularly
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, support and other product managers to execute solutions
 
Requirements:
2+ years of product management experience in a consumer media environment
Start-up experience
Knowledge and awareness of the entertainment industry
Demonstrable product judgment including the ability to make sound judgments for the consumer
Experience in developing product features from concept to launch
Experience with managing digital marketing campaigns
Experience with contemporary product management and development collaboration tools
Passionate about understanding customers and acting on it
Experience working with distributed global teams

Great to have:
Ability to interpret results from observation, recorded customer behavior, and usability testing
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or another technology related discipline
Copy writing experience for digital media platforms
