Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.

• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

• 1 year of experience building and delivering AI products and agentic development solutions (e.g., autonomous coding agents, AI-assisted developer tools, or equivalent) for software engineering.

• 1 year of experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., generative AI coding assistants or equivalent platforms).

• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Masters degree in a technology or business related field.

• 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.

• 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

• Experience driving AI-transformation initiatives at your workplace.

• Experience with the software development lifecycle, tooling, and workflows.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Work with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX) during product design and development to translate PRDs into actionable OKRs for the AI Developer Tools Platform.

• Define product roadmaps and operationalize strategy for new agentic development solutions.

• Develop and secure buy-in for a compelling product goal that drives the adoption of AI-assisted tools and supports the overall product narrative.

• Validate the market size and user-based strategic opportunities for new AI developer platform features.

• Drive the end-to-end launch, maintenance, and iteration of developer-facing AI products in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
