    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

    • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

    • 3 years of experience working with consumer growth products.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Masters degree in a technology or business related field.

    • Experience working on large-scale consumer platforms with a focus on user empathy and high-quality execution.

    • Ability to interpret complex data sets and use those insights to build a compelling case for product decisions, ensuring alignment across multiple teams.

    • A strong bias for action, with a knack for identifying roadblocks and driving projects to completion in a changing environment.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the worlds information. Were responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

    As the Product Manager leading Search's Share System, you will own the end-to-end user experience of Share across Search. Being at the intersection of consumer growth and ML, you will be the first in the industry to invent new AI-sharing paradigms. This is a high-visibility, 0-to-1 leadership role where you will drive the search-wide product roadmap for Share and Live Notifications, ultimately shaping how billions of users interact with and distribute Googles flagship AI capabilities.In Google Search, were reimagining what it means to search for information - any way and anywhere.     US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the search-wide product roadmap for the Share System and Live Notifications. Partner closely with multiple Search verticals to synthesize requirements and influence the roadmaps of adjacent partner teams.

    • Lead the industry by designing and launching novel AI-sharing mechanics that evolve dynamically alongside Googles rapidly advancing core AI capabilities.

    • Serve as the foremost expert on share growth funnels. Design constructed experiments and conduct deep data analysis to uncover hidden growth loops and new product opportunities.

    • Take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle-from initial ideation to landing, ensuring a seamless and universally cohesive sharing experience across all of Search.
