We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Product Owner to lead end-to-end delivery and product ownership for enterprise data and analytics platforms. The role focuses on driving product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and delivering user-centric, data-driven solutions in regulated environments.Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement
• Own and manage data, analytics, and metadata platforms as products
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and vision aligned with business goals
• Apply user-centric design thinking to enhance product experience and adoption
• Own and manage product backlog, including prioritisation, grooming, and sprint planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-impact data solutions
• Lead stakeholder and executive alignment, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
• Drive adoption of data marketplace and data product catalogues
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements (especially in BFSI environments)

Required Skills

• Proven experience in driving product journeys for enterprise platforms
• Strong experience in owning data/analytics/metadata platforms as products
• Expertise in Product Strategy, Visioning, and Roadmap Planning
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Backlog Ownership, Prioritisation, and User Story Definition
• Experience with data marketplace/data catalogue concepts
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to BFSI or other regulated industries
• Experience working in data governance, metadata, or enterprise data platforms
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and data product ecosystems
