Product Manager

Job Title: Product Owner
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Product Design to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in product management and a proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user centered design principles and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
Conduct market research and user testing to gather insights and validate product concepts.
Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress and gathering feedback.
Utilize strong Product Design knowledge to guide the design process and ensure a seamless user experience.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor product performance and iterate on features based on user feedback and analytics.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product launches.
Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize features effectively.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product decisions.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Familiarity with data analytics tools to track product performance.
Knowledge of software development processes and technologies.
Experience in leading cross functional teams and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Product Design.
Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
