Product Manager

Role: Sr. Product Manager
Location: Burbank, CA- Hybrid (2-4 days/week onsite)
Duration: 22 months contract
Pay Rate: $75/hour - $80/hour on w2 DOE

Job Overview:
This Sr. Product Manager role will sit in the *** technology and digital segment of the *** Line business. Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, the Sr. Product Manager will drive product strategy, concept development, and delivery of initiatives within the *** experience in collaboration with our Product Management, Technology, and Business Operation team partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of the product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps for the *** portfolio
• Define product strategy and present vision and strategic plans to executive leadership throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology and business leaders to establish strategies that leverage technology to drive business growth
• Lead external vendor teams and internal squads to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope
• Translate product concepts into actionable deliverables including user stories, epics, and detailed requirements and manage through backlog refinement, prioritization, and user acceptance testing
• Attend daily scrums, drive priority decisions, and resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth product rollouts
• Negotiate through blockers and influence decisions across technology and business teams
• Be data informed by using qualitative and quantitative research, analytics, documentation, and testing
• Stay informed on marketing technology trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
• Provide regular product and scorecard updates to business and technology leadership.
• Support ongoing documentation, reporting, and coordination of feature launches and enhancements

It is key for this role to understand how to use product management models and technology to create an exceptional Guest experience, support the growth in business operations, and optimize Cast processes in a financially constrained and rapidly changing environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience with building and delivering quality solutions in a digital environment and/or customer self-service/enablement environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
• Experience and comfort solving problems in an ambiguous environment where there is regular change. Have the tenacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, inspire change, and collaborate with a variety of individuals and organizational partners.
• Ability to work within a diverse and cross-functional teams in a meaningful way to produce quality results. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and proven experience driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Deep commitment to curiosity - conducting research, gathering metrics, proactively identifying & addressing issues or opportunities during requirements gathering processes.
• Understanding of the latest product management frameworks and theories and how to apply them to create impactful experiences.
• Experience writing user stories, writing requirements, and managing backlogs in tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Planning acumen and proven ability to break down work and define an MVP, as well as subsequent iterations. Proficient skills in scope intake, requirements documentation,
• Excellent presentation skills and clear, logical communication style so you can represent our product strategy and roadmap to engineering, business, and product leadership. Partner with key stakeholders to build relationships and manage scope expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an eCommerce space and/or reservation management systems and services supporting consumer-facing products, ideally ecommerce booking, payments/general ledger/payment reconciliation, rules logic, and availability, rate, and inventory management. Fluent in industry best practices and can identify areas for optimization and innovation.
• Experience with leveraging generative AI tools to assist in product research, user story creation, and automation
• Strong product sense for various users and what makes compelling consumer products and delightful user experiences - ensuring new designs and enhancements can best support use cases of internal teams, agents, and direct-to-consumer users.
• Passionate about the end user experience and delivering quality results.
• Familiar with A/B experimentation methods and hypothesis-driven development. Experience in running competitive and consumer analysis.
• Experience with leveraging Content square for end user behavior and insights. Including: zone mapping, heat maps, and session replays.
• Relevant agile certifications preferred.
