Product Manager- Crew Applications

BlueWave is hiring a Product Manager for a hospitality and themed entertainment client based in Central Florida.

As Product Manager, you will support active enterprise technology initiatives by owning delivery backlogs, prioritizing work, aligning stakeholders, and preparing initiatives for implementation. You will step into work already in progress, make timely product decisions, and partner with engineering and business teams to move priority efforts through delivery and stabilization.

Employment Type:18-month contract; hybrid in Central Florida with two onsite days per week

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain delivery-ready backlogs for assigned initiatives, enhancements, and project-based work.
• Prioritize work based on business value, operational impact, delivery timing, dependencies, and project objectives.
• Partner with engineering teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
• Lead backlog refinement and provide inputs for sprint planning, release planning, and product readiness.
• Make timely product decisions, manage scope tradeoffs, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
• Support testing, user validation, deployment readiness, stakeholder communications, and post-launch stabilization.
• Use AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve documentation, story quality, meeting follow-up, testing support, and delivery efficiency.
• Maintain clear stakeholder alignment regarding scope, priorities, risks, and implementation readiness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience supporting enterprise technology or operational business systems.
• Proven experience managing Agile backlogs and working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience delivering project-based work, operational improvements, integrations, workflow capabilities, or platform enhancements.
• Preferred familiarity with workforce management, human resources, labor, scheduling, field operations, or related enterprise processes.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, documentation, testing, or stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity with delivery and workflow management tools.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to prioritize work based on business value, operational needs, timelines, and dependencies.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to resolve ambiguity, align stakeholders, and keep active work moving.
