Partner with engineering, architecture, design, cybersecurity, and data teams to deliver secure, scalable, observable, and well-documented integration and data capabilities. Guide pragmatic AI product development from problem validation through launch, including data readiness, responsible AI considerations, human oversight, model performance, and ongoing value measurement. Collaborate with sales, services, customer success, and technology partners to shape go-to-market plans, remove adoption barriers, and turn implementation findings into product improvements. Establish product success metrics and use evidence to make trade-offs, communicate progress, manage dependencies, and drive reliable execution across globally distributed teams.
