What You'll Do We're seeking a Product Manager to join our Global Risk team! You will help define the future of technology platforms supporting governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives across the enterprise! This portfolio encompasses Information Security Risk (ISR), Enterprise Risk Management, Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, and Internal Audit. The Product Manager works with the product team to deliver solutions that are both valuable and feasible. They grasp the strategic direction of their product area and ensure their team clearly understands the most important opportunities and problems to address. You'll have the opportunity to: Own Product Strategy: Define and lead your product strategy aligned with enterprise goals. Collaborate with leaders to integrate customer, business, and market insights. Lead discovery and Insights: Guide discovery efforts by using experimentation and analytics to gain insights and prioritize key areas. Lead Product Delivery: Ensure successful, goal-oriented delivery across teams. Manage dependencies, support agile practices, and deliver on roadmap commitments. Measure & Optimize: Track product performance, ensure data-driven decisions, and evolve the product to meet changing needs and goals. Engage & Communicate: Keep team members advised and aligned. Represent product direction, results, and strategy across teams and leadership. Provide Leadership: Collaborate with your peer product managers, share best practices, and help develop a strong product management culture. Who You Are 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders Proven track record to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and make confident decisions in a product-driven environment Experienced in managing multiple priorities, leading and influencing cross-functional teams, and navigating stakeholder relationships Skilled at integrating varied perspectives and using customer, user, and partner insights to drive informed decisions Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Experience working within the risk field Solid understanding of products in the risk space ServiceNow experience Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $110200 - $171000 / year Salary Details The following salary ranges reflect market-specific compensation for this position across multiple job levels. Candidates will be evaluated to determine the appropriate job level based on their skills and experience. Product Manager 2: $110,200 - $148,200 / year Sr Product Manager 1: $127,000 - $171,000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
