We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the creation and optimization of digital experiences designed to attract and convert new users. This role focuses on improving the end-to-end journey for prospective customers, ensuring interactions are seamless, engaging, and results-driven.

You will play a key role in accelerating growth by partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver data-informed product enhancements that improve acquisition, onboarding, and long-term engagement. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead a portfolio of initiatives focused on optimizing digital entry points and conversion funnels
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
  • Conduct user and market research to uncover opportunities, leveraging tools such as behavioral analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback
  • Translate insights into actionable product requirements and prioritized roadmaps
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and other teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and ensure alignment across all phases of development
  • Promote rapid iteration through MVP-driven development and continuous testing
  • Assess new opportunities by weighing potential impact against effort and strategic priorities
  • Define and track key success metrics related to growth, engagement, and retention
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product rollouts
  • Identify ways to streamline workflows and improve speed and efficiency in delivery


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, technology, or a related discipline
  • Several years of experience managing digital products or similar work, with a track record of delivering measurable results
  • Strong interest in building intuitive, user-focused digital experiences
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks and delivering web or mobile products at scale
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making without direct authority
  • Experience using product and collaboration tools for planning, tracking, and design
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfort working with technical teams and understanding development processes
  • Exposure to subscription-based models, consumer apps, or digital growth strategies is a plus
