Rate range - $80/hr on w2

About the Role

Gap Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II (PDM II) to support our Workforce Management technology ecosystem, with a focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).

In this role, you will partner closely with Store Operations, HR, Legal, Vendors and Technology teams to deliver scalable workforce solutions that support thousands of retail employees across our brands. You will drive the delivery of product enhancements, operational improvements, and system capabilities that enable effective labor planning, scheduling, and compliance across the enterprise.

This role requires a leader who can navigate ambiguity, unpack complex operational challenges, and drive alignment across cross-functional partners without direct authority.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of experience working with Workforce Management (WFM) systems

Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG WFM / Kronos) strongly preferred

Ability to work U.S. onshore hours

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives without direct authority

Experience partnering with HR, Legal, Technology, and Operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related analytical field

Experience supporting retail workforce management environments

Knowledge of timekeeping, labor Eligible to workimization, workforce planning, scheduling, and compliance systems

Experience working within Agile or product delivery frameworks

Experience supporting workforce technology platforms
