About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution for our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and experienced in working with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Define product vision and roadmap.
* Gather and prioritize business requirements.
* Work closely with Engineering and Design teams.
* Conduct customer research and usability testing.
* Analyze product metrics and drive improvements.
* Lead sprint planning and release coordination.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
* Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
* Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience with SaaS products.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or related advanced degree.
* Experience with ATS, HRIS, or HR technology products.
* Experience with analytics platforms.
