Job Details

Our company is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial and accounting products from ideation through to market launch. This role is a unique opportunity to blend your passion for technology and finance, and play a crucial part in shaping the future of our product line. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a team player, and will have a proven track record in managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative accounting and finance products.
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Understand our company’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
• Utilize workday, salesforce, scrum, SAFe, and jira to manage product development and launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product roll-out and market adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or related field.
• Proven experience in the Accounting + Finance industry.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
• Exceptional knowledge and experience with Workday, Salesforce, Scrum, SAFe, and Jira.
• Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must be able to legally work in the location of the job.
