Product Manager - Lead

Title: Product Manager
Location: Mclean, VA  - Hybrid 
Salary Range:$65- $70 hr. W2
Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Introduction:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as part of a significant integration effort. This role is crucial in preparing for the operational alignment of two partnering companies, focusing on HR system readiness for January 1, 2026. The successful candidate will coordinate new data exchange builds, set up data integrity guardrails, and develop a comprehensive UAT plan. Beyond tactical deadlines, the role will evolve to identify opportunities within the HR ecosystem, contributing to the convergence of travel programs and expense patterns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Product management skills with experience in large-scale integration projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage cross-functional teams
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
• Experience with HR systems and data exchange processes
• Experience in developing and executing UAT plans

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of travel program management
• Familiarity with agile methodologies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate incremental new builds for data exchanges
• Set up guardrails to ensure data integrity and prevent cross-pollination
• Develop and execute a UAT plan scheduled for October
• Collaborate with business teams to define requirements for travel program convergence
• Identify and align opportunities within the HR ecosystem
