Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Document current product workflows by interviewing users and stakeholders, mapping the end-to-end supplier experience.
- Define the prototype MVP, assessing current capabilities and establishing what must be included.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the Container ASN / FSMA experience, ensuring traceability elements are captured effectively.
- Write clear Jira epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintaining a prioritized backlog.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and business teams, participating in agile ceremonies to drive project success.
- Keep the team focused on delivering a credible prototype and coordinate feedback from users and stakeholders.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a closely related role delivering digital products in an agile environment.
- Strong discovery and requirements skills, with the ability to learn complex products quickly and document findings effectively.
- Proven ability to write actionable Jira epics and user stories, including acceptance criteria and dependencies.
- Experience working with cross-functional agile teams and contributing to backlog refinement and iterative delivery.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a user-centered approach to product evaluation.
- Clear written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in supply chain, retail, food distribution, vendor portals, order management, or compliance-related requirements.
- Background in building prototypes or MVPs to evaluate product direction and user experience.
