Crestfield Talent is seeking a collaborative Product Manager to help guide product priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support products from planning through launch.
This hybrid role is suited for someone who can balance customer needs, business priorities, and project timelines while working closely with multiple teams.
Responsibilities
Help define product priorities, requirements, and roadmaps
Coordinate product initiatives across business, design, and operations teams
Manage timelines, deliverables, and launch-related activities
Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers
Document product requirements and key decisions
Track product updates, milestones, and outstanding tasks
Support planning for new features and improvements
Coordinate product launches and internal communication
Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
Strong project and product management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable working across multiple teams
Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Previous product management, project management, operations, or related experience is preferred
