    • Partner with engineering and operations teams to define product requirements and ensure solutions meet customer needs and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, training, and sales enablement.
    • Represent the product portfolio with customers, field teams, and leadership.
    • Identify and scale new opportunities within infrastructure, utility, electrification, and energy markets.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales, or operations leadership.
    • Experience in B2B industrial, manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure-related industries preferred.
    • Background with precast concrete, modular construction, engineered products, or industrial solutions is highly desirable.
    • Strong business acumen with experience analyzing market data, pricing, customer needs, and financial performance.
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives in a matrixed environment.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
    • Comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and sales organizations.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Power BI.
