We are seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and feature development for a critical surveillance platform used daily by analysts to monitor market activity and identify potential risks.
This role sits at the intersection of data, workflow optimization, and product innovation, with a strong focus on enhancing analyst efficiency and evolving surveillance capabilities. The Product Manager will play a key role in modernizing a mature platform, ensuring it continues to meet current operational demands while positioning it for future advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for a core surveillance platform
- Evaluate and optimize end-to-end analyst workflows to improve productivity and effectiveness
- Identify and address workflow inefficiencies, feature gaps, and opportunities for automation
- Lead initiatives to rethink, redesign, and modernize core operational processes
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with end users to gather feedback and continuously improve usability
- Oversee the lifecycle of alert generation, triage, and escalation workflows
- Ensure effective handling and visualization of large-scale data and analytics outputs
- Translate complex data capabilities into intuitive product features and user experiences
Product & Domain Context
- The platform supports surveillance programs that analyze large volumes of data to detect patterns of concern
- Enables alert generation, investigation workflows, and escalation processes
- Operates in a high-impact, data-intensive environment central to operational decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within data-intensive or workflow-driven platforms
- Proven ability to own product strategy and roadmap execution
- Experience working with complex user workflows and driving process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and engineering teams
- Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of data and user feedback
- Experience delivering products in Agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, regulatory, or surveillance-related domains
- Familiarity with big data environments and data-driven applications
- Exposure to modern technologies such as AI, machine learning, or workflow automation
- Experience modernizing or rebuilding legacy or mature platforms
