Role & Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define the product roadmap and long-term vision for Sales and Support technologies, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI integration.
Market Research & Customer Insight:
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform and refine product strategy.
Roadmap Development:
  • Own and maintain a forward-looking, four-quarter roadmap aligned with both business objectives and customer goals.
Cross-functional Leadership:
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Legal, Sales, Support, and other cross-functional teams to drive product success.
Customer Engagement:
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to inform iterative product design and development cycles.
Performance Tracking:
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
AI Integration:
  • Lead the integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to enable advanced automation and personalization.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends and partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to drive AI feature development.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Proven success in launching and managing Sales and Support technology products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI / Agentic AI with a strong track record of product-level AI integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Proven ability to define KPIs, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms, including:
    • Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service
    • Amazon Bedrock
    • AWS SageMaker
  • Familiarity with integrating AI into CRM and Support systems.
  • Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and tooling.
  • Experience collaborating with UX teams to develop AI-powered user experiences.
