Title: Product Manager, Workday HCM

The Product Manager is responsible for planning, delivering, and evolving one or more technology products throughout their lifecycle. This role leads product discovery, defines business value, prioritizes outcomes, and partners closely with engineering, business stakeholders, support teams, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Lead execution across the full Product Development Lifecycle, including discovery, design, delivery, release, and continuous improvement.
Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to define product vision, scope initiatives, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, risk, and delivery effort.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and status dashboards to ensure transparency and alignment.
Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure technology commitments are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
Facilitate decision-making by evaluating tradeoffs, dependencies, and resource constraints.
Author and maintain key product artifacts including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and success metrics.
Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing production support.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
5–7 years of experience in software product management or product ownership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business and technical challenges.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong business writing skills, including requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively in autonomous and fast-paced environments.
Workday expertise, preferably in HCM Core or HCM Pro (certifications a plus).
Experience delivering enterprise HR, financial, or ERP-related solutions.
Familiarity with Agile product delivery and modern product management practices.
Experience using data and metrics to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.
