4+ years of experience selling or marketing highly engineered products into the automotive industry.
Proven track record developing relationships with automotive OEMs and suppliers.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Experience driving revenue growth, business development initiatives, and market share expansion.
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across sales, engineering, operations, and product management.
Demonstrated success launching new products, developing go-to-market strategies, or influencing product roadmaps.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing, mentoring, or developing commercial teams.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging executive-level customers and internal leadership.
Data-driven decision maker who can leverage market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to shape strategy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience supporting complex technical sales cycles involving customized engineering solutions.
Comfortable traveling up to 25-50%.
