Google Career Certificates are designed to provide job seekers with the skills they need to access high paying, high growth careers without the need for a college degree. As the Media Product Marketing Manager for Grow with Google, you will lead the strategic vision, execution, and optimization of our full funnel paid media efforts to drive learner activation and enrollment into our learning programs.

You will be responsible for end-to-end media planning across Search engine marketing (SEM), Performance Max, Demand Gen, and other paid media channels, translating deep user insights into highly targeted, effective campaigns. In this role, you will apply a user-centric approach to understanding our learner personas, design and test optimization levers across the funnel, and systematically optimize our media budgets to drive scale and efficiency. You will serve as the primary operational and strategic lead for our external agency partners, steering media strategy, defining campaign parameters, and executing media plans.

Our job is to demonstrate how Google"s products solve the world"s problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    • Act as the primary lead for external agency partners, managing day-to-day operations, establishing campaign timelines, and executing media plans and optimization strategies.
    • Conduct regular reviews of customer journeys, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, and build user-centric campaigns that address learner needs and minimize friction.
