Job Description
Location Permission Growth & Creative Strategy
- Based on user behavior insights, content understanding and data analysis, design creative user-facing mechanisms, activities and growth levers to increase location permission opt-in rate.
- Continuously experiment with in-app narratives, incentives, and contextual triggers to drive user consent and improve LBS signal coverage.
Local Services Campaign & Activity Operations
- Own end-to-end operations of Local Services / LBS campaigns, including activity planning, execution, iteration and performance review.
- Drive key business metrics such as location permission opt-in rate, user location accuracy, and other core funnel indicators through structured campaign operations.
Data-Driven Optimization & Experimentation
- Build and maintain campaign monitoring frameworks and KPI dashboards
- Conduct data analysis, A/B testing and post-campaign reviews to identify growth opportunities, extract insights, and continuously optimize campaign strategy, mechanics and user experience.
Business Problem Solving & Scaling
- Translate complex business goals and privacy constraints into scalable, compliant and user-friendly campaign solutions. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in operations, growth, strategy or campaign management at internet companies;
- Proven track record of driving business metrics through campaigns or growth initiatives, especially in user permissions, product adoption, or funnel optimization.
- Strong learning agility and ownership mindset; able to quickly understand new products, policies and systems, and independently drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of coordinating multiple teams and pushing complex initiatives end-to-end under ambiguity and pressure.
- Strong data literacy and structured thinking; comfortable using data to define problems, evaluate performance, and make decisions.
- Goal-driven, resilient and detail-oriented; able to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution and rapid iteration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working experience in local services, maps / location-based services or O2O industries is preferred.
- Strong product and data sense, data analytics and problem solving skillset
- Deep understanding of user behavior and in-app experience is a plus.
- Experience with dashboards, experiments or SQL is a plus.
