Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience
• Lead end-to-end product development for a new product from concept through launch, owning product direction, delivery alignment, and execution across the full lifecycle.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating strategic goals, customer needs, and operational requirements into clear product and delivery plans.
• Own product backlog management, including defining, prioritizing, refining, and maintaining features, epics, and user stories to ensure maximum business value.
• Perform both Product Owner and Business Analyst responsibilities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, gap identification, acceptance criteria definition, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive cross-functional program execution by coordinating with engineering, design, architecture, QA, data, and business teams to keep the product roadmap on track.
• Write high-quality user stories and functional requirements with clear business context, technical considerations, and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Bring strong insurance domain knowledge to shape product requirements, workflows, compliance awareness, and customer-centric solutions relevant to insurance products and processes.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, align diverse teams, and drive decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Take full ownership of product outcomes, proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers, managing dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.
• Apply practical AI knowledge in product development, identifying opportunities to use AI/automation to improve user experience, operational efficiency, decision support, and product innovation.
