Own and manage the ServiceNow product backlog, defining epics, features, and user stories.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize enhancements.
Define acceptance criteria and approve or reject development work.
Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with platform best practices.
Support Agile ceremonies and improve backlog grooming processes.
Communicate product updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Promote Agile principles and mentor team members as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Product Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years as a Product Owner or 6+ years in IT/business analysis or related fields.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working in Agile teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred: ServiceNow certifications, experience in enterprise or regulated environments, or experience with SAFe.
