Product Owner
Fort Worth, Texas
6+ months
Onsite 3–5 days per week required.
Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision; develop and manage roadmaps for IT applications aligned with enterprise architecture, business objectives, and long-term sustainability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders; translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritization for technical features, application enhancements, and infrastructure capabilities; balance technical debt, scalability, and business value.
• Gather stakeholder and user insights to identify pain points and translate feedback into actionable technical solutions.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to enable delivery, facilitate decision-making, and remove roadblocks.
• Define and track product KPIs and OKRs measuring application performance, reliability, and business impact; use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies; drive innovation in technical product offerings.
• Ensure products align with architectural standards, enterprise priorities, and long-term strategic goals; make trade-offs optimizing scalability and sustainability.
• Assess initiative scope, impacts, gaps, risks, and dependencies; coordinate cross-product and cross-team dependencies and drive timely resolution of blockers.
• Produce clear product documentation, decision records, dependency tracking, and implementation guidance; provide knowledge transfer at engagement conclusion.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of Product Management or Product Delivery experience, or at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner in an Agile delivery environment, managing a product backlog from discovery through release.
• Ability to onboard quickly, work with limited supervision, manage competing priorities, and deliver within a time-bound engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Strong facilitation, prioritization, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with contact center technologies, customer service, airline, travel, or other complex operational technology products.
• Experience with agent desktop, CRM, workflow, and knowledge management technologies.
• Familiarity with product architecture, DevOps practices, APIs, and release processes.
• Experience in a large enterprise with multiple products and platforms.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Scrum, or Agile certification preferred but not required, such as CSPO.
