Based in the Northeastern United States, this hybrid contract role focuses on managing relationships and driving technology adoption. The position requires proficiency in generic programming languages and experience with AI delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Drive the adoption and expansion of AI capabilities across business units.
• Coordinate issue resolution and support across multiple teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable inputs for product enhancements.
• Track and report on usage, adoption metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management experience in enterprise or financial services.
• Technical fluency in APIs and AI/ML concepts with platform-based delivery.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
• Familiarity with incident management and service management models.
