Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to define product requirements, manage the product backlog, and work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver business value. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, along with experience working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Create user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Review deliverables and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Track product progress, manage dependencies, and resolve priority conflicts.
• Communicate product updates and support release planning.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
• Knowledge of product roadmaps and KPIs.
• Experience in the relevant industry or domain.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
