Product Performance Laboratory Technician100% On Site Position Lab experience required We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Product Performance Laboratory Technician to support our Product Performance Team. In this role, you will perform testing and analysis on capital equipment components returned from the field due to customer complaints. Your work will play a critical role in identifying product issues, supporting quality investigations, and improving overall product performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine physical, chemical, and functional testing on returned capital equipment componentsDiagnose product issues using laboratory equipment such as multimeters and electronic testing toolsConduct troubleshooting and evaluation of computers and electronic componentsAnalyze and document test results clearly to support product performance and quality investigationsMaintain accurate records of testing procedures, findings, and conclusionsFollow established lab protocols and safety proceduresQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent Familiarity with laboratory tools and diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience working in a laboratory or product testing environment Knowledge of basic electrical or electronic systems Familiarity with quality or failure analysis processes
