Product Portfolio Coordinator

About the role

As a Product Portfolio Coordinator, you will join the Product Management team and work across Product, Sales, Marketing and AI as a Service. This full-time role coordinates visibility across a portfolio of products, aligns stakeholder input with roadmap priorities and keeps delivery timelines clear. It is suited to a recent graduate building a career in product management, program management or business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain product roadmaps, timelines, dependencies and priorities across multiple products
• Gather stakeholder needs and translate input into actionable product priorities
• Review requests against capacity and commitments to support trade-off decisions
• Communicate delivery timelines, flag changes and escalate potential delays
• Create status updates and facilitate cross-team alignment meetings

About you

You are organized, curious and proactive, with strong attention to detail. You can manage competing priorities, work comfortably with ambiguity and communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels. You are confident engaging with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams and can spot risks before they escalate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong organization skills managing multiple products or projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence engaging with senior Sales, Marketing and Technical stakeholders
• Basic proficiency with Excel or Sheets and PowerPoint

To be ahead of the pack, you might have:

• Experience with lifecycle management software such as Azure DevOps
• Background showing genuine interest in technology or AI products
• Background as a recent graduate with 0–1 years of experience
