    Product Specialist – Remote

    Wyo-Ben, Inc is a leading family-owned business established in 1951, specializing in Wyoming Bentonite Clay based products.  Our materials serve global industries including oil, gas, water well drilling, cat litter and more.  Headquartered in Billings, Montana, with manufacturing facilities in Wyoming, we provide high-quality solutions worldwide.
     
    Wyo-Ben is seeking a Product Specialist to help grow sales, support customers, and promote bentonite-based products across a variety of industries, including environmental, industrial, water treatment, and oil well markets.  In this role, you'll combine technical product knowledge, customer service, and business development to help customers find the right solutions while driving sales growth and market expansion.
     
    What You'll Do
    • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
    • Respond to product application, technical, and pricing inquiries.
    • Prepare quotations and support sales opportunities.
    • Conduct product presentations and customer seminars.
    • Identify new business and product development opportunities.
    • Attend industry trade shows and customer events.
    • Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Logistics, and Sales teams.
    • Help achieve sales, market share, and profitability goals.
    What We're Looking For
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or related experience.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
