Pay Range: $40 - $47/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents
- Determine models missing from STG
- Check for content types including Error Codes, Service Guides, Exploded View, Wire Diagrams, etc.
- Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STG
- Prioritize models with high service demand/warranty portion
- Review Service & Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Home Appliance and Electronic Products, both Sales, Product & Customer Care Departments.
- Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.
- Development, preparation and critical review of technical reports, technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and maintenance manuals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 2-3 years experiences in Engineering or Technical Field / Home Appliance field
