Product Specialist

Job Summary: Robert Brogden Olathe Buick GMC is looking to add a Product Specialist to its team. Product Specialists are responsible for selling our wide range of vehicles and providing excellent customer service to all of our customers. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive base salary and lucrative commission and bonus opportunities. No experience necessary! We will train the right candidate to succeed.   Responsibilities:

 • Introduce customers to our new and used vehicles and explain features and benefits

 • Assist customers in selecting the best vehicle for their needs

 • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities

 • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat

    business

• Stay up to date on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends

• Work closely with the sales team and management to meet sales goals and achieve customer

satisfaction targets

 • Attend sales meetings and training as required

 • Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements

 • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

 • Must be able to pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
