Job Summary
The Product Specialist - Services will drive value creation and regional business outcomes by evolving ERP product capabilities through targeted enhancements and projects, while supporting Product Owners towards global convergence. The Product Specialist is positioned at the intersection of high business proximity and high standardization, serving as a key enabler of ERP product evolution across the organization.

Experience
5+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation, support, or product management
Demonstrated experience in driving ERP enhancements and process standardization across multiple regions
Track record of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Technical Expertise
Oracle E-Business Suite - Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience
ServiceNow - Proficiency in ticket management, workflows, and knowledge base management
SharePoint - Experience with documentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing platforms
Understanding of ERP convergence methodologies and global template design
Professional Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams
Consultative mindset with ability to provide structured, expert-level guidance
Ability to balance regional business needs with global standardization objectives
Project management skills with ability to manage multiple enhancement initiatives simultaneously
Knowledge transfer and mentoring capabilities (for Senior level)
