Summary: 
The Product Support Sales Manager is responsible for the leadership and direction efforts of the product support sales representatives (PSSR) in the assigned region to provide a smooth, efficient, and profitable process of activities engaged in selling parts and labor to achieve profitable growth.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develops customer relationships with a focus on sales and customer service topics.
• Directs and mentors PSSRs to ensure familiarity with Ohio Machinery selling methods (best practices).
• Manages Product Support Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives.
• Maintains open communication between sales, parts, and service divisions.
• Keeps management informed of current economic and customer trends and workloads.
• Researches, creates, and implements annual marketing plans.
• Performs all other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree from a four-year University in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing discipline is preferred. 
• Eight years of related experience and/or training in Parts, Service, Product Sales Support, and/or Outside Sales is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Must have eight years of prior industry experience with management, leadership, and sales experience.
• Must have effective presentation, customer service, and verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
