Product Support Specialist

Bazooka Farmstar is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide technical product support, service assistance, customer support, and sales support for the Blockbuster product line. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position requiring a strong mechanical background and the ability to troubleshoot equipment, communicate technical information, and work closely with customers, sales, service, quality, and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and service support to customers, dealers, and internal teams for the Blockbuster product line.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify potential solutions, and coordinate additional support when needed.
• Respond to inbound parts and service inquiries and provide parts, freight, and availability information.
• Support warranty claims, RMAs, vendor returns, and tracking of warranty activity.
• Assist the sales team with inbound customer inquiries, product questions, follow-up, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and product information in HubSpot.
• Develop and maintain technical documents, service guides, videos, operator manuals, and training materials for internal and customer use.
• Keep technical documentation current and organized through appropriate revision and document-control processes.
• Communicate field issues and customer feedback to Quality, Manufacturing, Service, and Sales teams to support product improvements.
• Assist with developing training materials and one-point lessons based on field issues and product requirements.
• Demonstrate Blockbuster equipment and product capabilities for customers, employees, and at trade shows.
• Assist with trade show preparation, including equipment preparation, loading, and verification of serial numbers and orders.
• Occasionally assist with equipment deliveries and provide customer training on safety, operation, and maintenance.
• Maintain machine specification and engine information records and assist with required engine registration.
• Assist with parts pricing and identifying aftermarket parts opportunities.

This person should be comfortable getting into the technical details of equipment, helping customers solve problems, supporting the sales team, and turning field knowledge into better documentation, training, and products.
