Job Summary:

Responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used to manufacture plastic bottles, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. The role involves machine operation, inspection of finished products, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe production area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate plastic bottle manufacturing and molding machines.

• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines during production.

• Inspect bottles for defects such as cracks, deformation, incorrect shape, or contamination.

• Remove defective products from the production line.

• Package and label finished bottles according to company requirements.

• Monitor production output and report machine or product issues to supervisors.

• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of production equipment.

• Maintain accurate production and quality-control records.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Keep the production area clean and organized.

• Assist with changing molds, materials, and machine settings when required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.

• Experience operating machinery is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Good attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Willingness to work shifts, including nights or weekends, if required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.

• Ability to lift and move materials or finished products as required.

• Ability to perform repetitive movements safely.

• Ability to wear required protective equipment.
