Looking for a steady 1st-shift manufacturing job that gets you home by mid-afternoon? Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Assemblers in Ashland for a hands-on opportunity with a locally based manufacturer.
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. If you're dependable, good with your hands, and comfortable learning different jobs throughout production, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Assemble manufactured products and components
Use basic math and measurements to complete work accurately
Inspect your work for quality and attention to detail
Learn multiple production and assembly tasks
Work with teammates to meet daily production goals
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What You'll Need
Dependable attendance
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Basic math skills
Ability to stand throughout an 8-hour shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Willingness to learn and rotate between different tasks
