Position Summary

The Production Assembler performs component assembly, mounting, cleaning, inspection, and other detailed production activities while ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow written procedures and manufacturing instructions accurately
• Mount and cure components according to production specifications
• Clean and prepare components for assembly and inspection
• Inspect components under a microscope to ensure quality standards are met
• Load, operate, and monitor automated production equipment
• Use microscopes, hand tools, brushes, and precision instruments
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate production, equipment, or quality concerns to supervisors
• Assist other production departments as needed to support operational goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome to apply
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to handle and assemble very small components accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work for extended periods using microscopes and precision tools
• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions
• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is a plus
