Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime: Fridays as needed

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Assembly Associates for a light manufacturing opportunity in Galion.

You'll perform straightforward, hands-on assembly work using small components and production equipment. The work is lightweight, repetitive, and trainable, making this a great opportunity if you want to get into manufacturing without previous factory experience.

What You'll Do

• Assemble small components and finished products
• Attach fittings and other components during the assembly process
• Operate basic assembly and crimping equipment
• Thread and connect components
• Add springs and other small parts as required
• Inspect completed work for quality
• Apply labels and prepare finished products for packaging
• Box completed products for shipment
• Follow established work instructions and safety procedures
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand throughout a 10-hour shift
• Ability to follow basic instructions and established processes
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a production team

No previous manufacturing or assembly experience required; training is provided.
