3rd Shift Without Giving Up Your Weekend Nights

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Assembly Associates in Mount Eaton for a steady 3rd-shift manufacturing opportunity.

You'll perform hands-on assembly, inspect finished parts for quality, package completed products, and help keep production moving throughout the shift.

The schedule runs Sunday night through Thursday night, leaving both Friday and Saturday nights open.

What You'll Do

• Assemble manufactured components by hand and with machine assistance
• Collect finished parts from production equipment
• Visually inspect completed parts for defects and quality
• Weigh finished products to verify accurate quantities
• Sort and organize completed products
• Pack finished parts for storage or shipment
• Place completed products into designated containers
• Stack and palletize finished products
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and free of production scrap
• Work with your team to keep production moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Dependable attendance and consistent work habits
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on production work
• Ability to stand and stay active throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs. to shoulder height
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
• Ability to follow production, quality, and safety procedures
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or plastics experience is helpful, but not required
