    Job Description Summary:

    The Production / Assembly Manager oversees product assembly, value-added services

    (VAS), kitting, rework, and special set assembly within a distribution center integrated with

    SAP and WMS systems. This role ensures schedule adherence, material accuracy, and

    quality compliance.

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage daily assembly and kitting schedules

    Coordinate material staging aligned with SAP production or delivery orders

    Ensure WMS system accuracy for component consumption

    Support automated or semi-automated packaging workflows

    Maintain retailer compliance for customized sets

    Monitor BOM integrity and inventory variance

    Lead lean process improvements

    Performance Metrics

    Schedule adherence 98%

    Scrap/damage rate

    Labor eiciency variance

    Cost per assembled unit

    Compliance adherence

    Qualifications

    5+ years production or DC-based assembly leadership

    Knowledge of SAP delivery order types and material integration

    Experience supporting retailer compliance programs

    Exposure to automation systems preferred

    Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred

    Bachelor of Arts (B.A): Operations Management

    Work Experience:

    Experience Range IV: 8 - 13 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

    The anticipated compensation range is

    50,000.00 - 104,000.00 USD Annual

    Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
