Production Assembly Specialist

Build With Purpose on a Steady First-Shift Team

Picture your morning starting at 6:00 AM. You clock in, review that day’s build specs, and set up your bench. With hand and power tools at the ready, you assemble components step-by-step, hitting production targets without cutting corners on quality. As you go, you check critical dimensions, test fit and function, and document your results so the line keeps moving smoothly.

When a part looks off or a machine doesn’t sound right, you flag it fast—reporting issues to the supervisor so they can be corrected. Between builds, you top off bins, organize parts, and keep your area clean. You perform simple preventive maintenance, troubleshoot minor hiccups, and always work by company safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. It’s reliable, full-time work on a first-shift schedule where consistency and craftsmanship matter.
