COMPANY OVERVIEW:AlphaGraphics Lehigh Valley is actively seeking a Production Assistant to join us full-time. The Production Assistant will learn how to operate our digital machines, all bindery equipment, large format finishing, shipping, quality control and pre-press.More than anything, we’re looking for highly-collaborative and dependable teammates that are driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced team that is fully invested in the success of our company, and we value contributions from each team member. WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Cross train on our various printers and finishing equipment
- Read work orders to determine instructions and specifications for machine set-up..
- Assist with Packaging & Shipping.
- Create delivery tickets and update locations
- Utilize our MIS system for job tracking
- Other essential functions as needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output such as operating our envelope printer
- Willingness to help wherever needed
- Color management
- Detail oriented
- Problem Solving
- Strong communication skills
- Open to learning about running all types of printing and finishing equipment
- The ability to be part of a team and have an eye for details
