About the Role

A manufacturing bakery is seeking a dependable Production Associate / Material Handler to support production line operations, quality assurance, inventory organization, and material movement in a fast-paced bakery environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of working extended 10-hour shifts, standing and working on their feet for long periods, and operating forklifts as needed. This role requires physical strength and diligence to ensure timely loading and shipping of products and proper storage of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production line efficiency to ensure products are loaded and shipped on schedule
• Perform quality assurance testing on goods and products
• Maintain proper storage and organization of materials and finished products for easy access
• Move materials, finished products, and packages to designated locations within the facility
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently as needed
• Assist with inventory management and organization to support warehouse operations
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during material handling and production activities
• Support general labor tasks including cleaning and assembly responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift experience
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
• Availability to work a 10-hour shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with production line operations
• Skills in general labor, assembly, and cleaning tasks
