Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
Overtime: Possible overtime on Fridays
Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable Production Associates to support our door manufacturing operations. Depending on the assignment, team members may work in various areas of production, assembly, material handling, quality inspection, and packaging. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires frequent repetitive lifting.
Key Responsibilities- Operate small and large production machines used in door manufacturing.
- Work on assembly lines building and assembling doors.
- Inspect finished products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Machine doors and prepare them for hardware installation.
- Prepare, move, and handle materials throughout the facility.
- Stage and package finished products for shipment and delivery.
- Perform general warehouse and production duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in commercial woodworking, such as doors, millwork, or cabinets.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.
- General knowledge of building materials.
- Basic math skills and ability to use handheld measuring tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Physical Requirements- Ability to perform frequent, repetitive heavy lifting is required.
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to handle and move materials as needed.
