Required Skills:

• Strong commitment to safety and awareness of surroundings
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting quality issues
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the capabilities and operations of various machines
• Basic skills in reporting production status and quality data
• Team player who can switch tasks with flexibility

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in the packaging industry (paper, plastics, or converting)
• Familiarity with machine operations and production efficiency
• Proficiency in basic problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Preferred candidates will have at least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work overtime as needed, often on short notice
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends according to production demands
