What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of industrial machines
• Knowledge of basic mathematical skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds repetitively, and push and pull up to 62 pounds
• Ability to stoop, kneel, and bend at the waist, rotate head, reach, walk, sit, and stand for most of the shift
• Ability to use fingers for manipulation

What You'll Do as a Production Associate

• Operate machines, assemble, inspect, and/or audit components and handle material
• Maintain logbooks, databases, and other miscellaneous records
• Perform simple machine adjustments and changeovers
• Make workstation adjustments to maintain quality standards and facilitate changeover of product types
• Demonstrate discipline regarding established standards, policies, procedures, and continuous safety training
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Candidates must possess a minimum vision acuity of 20/23 or better and have the ability to accurately assess depth perception. This requirement is essential for performing the necessary tasks associated with the role.
