We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Associates to support our cereal and cereal bar manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing team. Successful candidates will play an important role in ensuring products are safely produced, packaged, and prepared for shipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.
Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary based on production needs and packaging team assignments and may include:
Support cereal and cereal bar production and packaging operations.
Assemble cardboard totes and prepare packaging materials for finished products.
Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout production areas.
Learn to safely operate production and packaging equipment under the guidance of Team Leaders and experienced team members.
Participate in equipment startup, changeovers, and shutdown procedures as trained and authorized.
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting while reporting issues to Team Leaders, Technicians, or Maintenance personnel.
Assist with cleaning, sanitation, housekeeping, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Follow all food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.
Demonstrate dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
